In that dialogue has been the way search warrants are executed and the seriousness of the criminal offense fully commited for which a look for warrant would be drafted. In this case the person is acknowledged, and even further investigation was carried out to get actual home injury amounts so the acceptable charges can be listed on an arrest warrant for the person. Basic safety for all functions concerned is a most important worry for LMPD and the Division Commander determined it was safer for all events involved to forego a compelled entry warrant of the barricaded suspect for home crimes and to use other signifies to have an affect on the arrest.”
